SEnegy is seeking a detail oriented and self-motivated Administrative Intern to join our team.
As an Administrative Intern you will work alongside our energy consulting staff to ensure that our office runs efficiently. This position will assist with meeting coordination, company event planning, and general office management.
This position is located in our office in College Station, TX.
Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:
- Assist with scheduling meetings and office conferences/events.
- Assist with company vehicle maintenance appointments.
- Coordination for office set-up for holidays and company events.
- Run errands and re-stock office supplies.
- General administrative tasks such as filing, answering phones, and receiving packages/shipments.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
- Ability to work 15-20 hours per week
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Strong communication skills
