SEnergy is seeking a dynamic and experienced Consultant to join our team of industry experts. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in electricity portfolio development and management, and ERCOT market analysis and operations.

Responsibilities
- Lead and execute projects related to electricity portfolio development, optimization, and ongoing management for public and private sector clients.
- Conduct in-depth market assessments and provide strategic guidance for participation and compliance in the ERCOT market.
- Deliver robust financial forecasts, models, and scenario analyses to inform client decision-making and portfolio strategies.
- Manage, mentor, and develop junior staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance project environment.
- Engage with stakeholders, regulatory agencies, and client teams to communicate findings, recommendations, and strategic insights.
- Stay abreast of market trends, regulatory developments, and emerging technologies affecting the electricity and utility sectors.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Business, Energy Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in electricity portfolio development and management, with a robust understanding of the ERCOT market and utility operations.
- Expertise in financial forecasting, data analysis, and risk assessment within the energy sector.
- Demonstrated personnel management experience, including project leadership, mentoring, and performance management.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with ability to present complex technical information to diverse audiences.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and multi-tasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite; experience with energy modeling, rate calculation tools, or relevant analytical software is a plus.
