Seeking proactive, creative, assertive Marketing leader in a fast-growing business to business services organization.

This role is responsible for developing and executing all marketing strategies to promote services to increase brand awareness and sales.

The ideal candidate will have progressive experience in performing Marketing job functions paired with the ability to lead a small group of people to complete a common goal.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The principal duties and responsibilities of the Marketing Manager consists of, but are not limited to, the following:

Primary responsibilities:
  • Formulate and implement marketing strategies aligned with business objectives, focusing on targeted audiences and market trends.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns across various channels.
  • Manage and allocate marketing budgets effectively, ensuring cost- effectiveness and ROI
  • Analyze marketing data to track performance, identify areas for improvement and inform future strategies.
  • Develop and maintain effective communication internal and externally across all stakeholders.
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of the brand image and identity
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities, trends and competitor activities.
  • Work collaboratively with departments to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with overall business goals.
  • Partner with leadership team to identify new opportunities for community and/or market engagement for brand recognition.
  • Work with leadership proposing new branding projects opportunities that arise to support rapid growth.

Leadership responsibilities:
  • Lead team to execute assigned projects and Company developed strategies for growth.
  • Recruit, interview and evaluate prospective departmental new personnel.
  • Mentor and train (or provide training opportunities) employees within group and determine areas in which they need to continue to learn and grow so they can “level up”, developing skills, knowledge and abilities.

Marketing Group Deliverables:
  • Oversee all materials and content creation in relation to the Company brand.
  • Coordinate and implement communication (verbal and written) projects that include public relations, social media, special events management, advertising, newsletters (employee and Client) and creating brand awareness.
  • Coordinate or create/update/modify existing brochures, post cards, press releases, presentations, promotional materials, trade event materials, trade show booths, websites, pictures, resume database, biographies, etc., as required.
  • Recommend, purchase and maintain inventory for all branding items.
  • Develop and recommend content for social media and newsletter release calendar; ensure deliverables are executed to approved calendar.
  • Develop and recommend annual conference calendar including hosted events for conferences; lead team to coordinate event planning associated with approved calendar.
  • Prepare and assemble materials for mass mailing to prospects, customers, or other data bases, as required.
  • Perform due diligence for current and potential advertising directories. Monitor and document directory usage and costs.
  • Manage press contact (when, who, and how).
  • Lead updates and maintenance to CRM database in accordance with marketing strategies to ensure targeting is effective to reach the right audience.
  • Attend community events and trade specific events, as required.
  • Lead and prepare qualifications and submittals to Clients and potential Clients to ensure branding consistency and proposal timeliness. Complete any customer/ prospect surveys and submit by request date.
  • Maintain all documents, information and materials related to SE Qualifications and MSA’s.
  • Assist in event planning and work cohesively with support staff for the completion of successful Company events for culture building and brand awareness.
  • Work with team to develop and implement an SEO targeted strategy, developing key words, backlink opportunities, monthly progress monitoring, content updates and back-end website revisions needed.
  • Research award opportunities regionally and within our market; recommend and execute document submission for any approved award opportunities.

Other responsibilities:
  • Work closely with diverse groups of people, including company employees at all levels, customers, vendors, suppliers and other outside professionals with whom the company deals with on a regular basis.
  • Work in conjunction with Human Resources to support any workforce development efforts and community branding opportunities to increase brand awareness.
  • Complete accurate timesheets daily
  • Various other duties as assigned
